Our principle Greg Torpy brings over 40 years of experience in the building industry. Greg commenced his career as a carpenter, specialising in architectural designed homes and running his own business. His career then evolved into Construction Management where he worked across both residential and commercial sectors of the building industry. Greg's other roles included.: - • Serving as the Quality Manager for a significant tier 2 construction company in South East Queensland. • Providing building damage assessments for the insurance sector over several years. • Conducting building inspections for pre-purchase and general consultancy. • Acting as Construction and Building Consultant for Better Homes and Gardens TV. • As a licensed commercial drone pilot Greg has performed numerous inspections for insurance purposes and high-end building inspection where access and safety area concern. With Greg's extensive and diverse background, he is able to deliver clear, efficient solutions for all building and construction-related matters.
